Steven Molinaro
Senior Fund Accountant
Steven Molinaro joined USRA in 2024 and is responsible for the day-to-day property accounting along with treasury functions and fund accounting responsibilities.
Prior to joining USRA, Mr. Molinaro worked at Citrin Cooperman, LLP, as the in-charge Senior Auditor working on a national real estate firm, providing assurance and tax services.
Mr. Molinaro is a CPA and a graduate of State University of New York at Geneseo (BS in Accounting) with a minor in Finance.
