Andrew Harris
PARTNER
Andrew Harris joined USRA in 2014 and was promoted to Partner in 2020. He is responsible for structuring and closing acquisitions and dispositions of net lease investments, overseeing portfolio management, fund operations and investor relations, and serving as USRA's General Counsel.
Prior to USRA, Mr. Harris worked in the New York private equity group of Winston & Strawn LLP, representing private investment funds, family offices, alternative asset managers and private equity companies in all aspects of M&A activity and portfolio management.
Mr. Harris is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law (JD) and Cornell University (BS, Industrial and Labor Relations).
