Andrew Harris
PARTNER
Andrew Harris joined USRA in 2014 and was promoted to Partner in 2020. He serves on USRA's Investment Committee and is actively engaged in the firm's investment activities, portfolio management, strategic initiatives, fund structuring and capital formation. Mr. Harris also serves as USRA's General Counsel.
Prior to USRA, Mr. Harris worked in the New York private equity group of Winston & Strawn LLP, representing private investment funds, family offices, alternative asset managers and private equity companies in all aspects of M&A activity and portfolio management.
Mr. Harris is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law (JD) and Cornell University (BS, Industrial and Labor Relations).
