John Walker

John Walker joined USRA in 2024 as a Director of Asset Management. In his role, John is responsible for optimizing the overall financial performance of USRA's managed assets and portfolios.

Mr. Walker joined USRA from Bridge Investment Group, a vertically integrated real estate investment manager with approximately $49.2 billion assets under management. At Bridge, John was a Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management focusing on commercial assets in west coast markets. John has also previously held roles at other institutional real estate investment managers such as DRA Advisors, JBG Smith, and VestaPoint Capital.

John graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and has also received an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
